Are your guides certified and vehicles reliable?

Yes, we work only with certified, experienced guides and well-maintained 4x4 safari vehicles. All our partners are vetted for safety and reliability to ensure you have the best Uganda experience.

How far in advance should I book my tour?

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance, especially for gorilla trekking permits which are limited. Peak seasons (June-August, December-January) require earlier booking.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers, mobile money, and cash payments (UGX). A deposit is required to secure permits and bookings, with the balance paid before or during your trip.

What should I wear or bring?

Pack safari-appropriate clothing: neutral colors, long sleeves, comfortable walking shoes, hat, sunscreen, insect repellent, and binoculars. For gorilla trekking, bring sturdy hiking boots and gloves.

What if I need to cancel or weather is bad?

Cancellations 14+ days in advance receive full refund. Gorilla permits are non-refundable once purchased. Weather rarely affects safaris, but we'll reschedule if conditions are unsafe.
